Data we process

• Account data: your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier when you sign in with Google.
• Content you create: tasks, notes, dates, times, categories, completion history, focus plans, and settings.
• Optional Google integration data: Google Tasks and the dedicated Google Calendar created by Wang Le Hou, only after you choose to connect them.
• Notification data: device push subscriptions, notification preferences, and records needed to prevent duplicate delivery.
• Feedback data: issues, requests, contact email, app version, device description, follow-up messages, and screenshots that you choose to submit.
• Voice input: it starts only after you tap the microphone and grant permission. The app does not store recordings; it receives only the recognized text. Audio may be processed by the speech-recognition service configured on your device.
• Technical data: basic request records needed for service operation, security, and error diagnosis.

AI-assisted organization

While signed out, the app uses only on-device date, time, and keyword rules and does not send task text to AI. While signed in, if “Allow AI-assisted organization” is enabled, relevant task text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI when you organize inbox text, plan a focus session, or choose “I’m stuck.” The app falls back to basic rules if AI fails. You can disable AI in Settings without disabling sync. AI output is validated for format and range, but you should still review important details.

Storage and security

• Signed-out tasks stay in this browser’s or app’s local storage and are not uploaded automatically. Protect access to your unlocked device and browser profile.
• On first sign-in, if local tasks exist, the app shows their count and a preview before you choose whether to keep them local or merge them into the account.
• Synced data travels over HTTPS. Tasks and settings are additionally encrypted with AES-GCM at the application layer before being stored in Cloudflare D1.
• Feedback text and replies use application-level encryption. Screenshots are re-encoded on the device to remove image metadata, then encrypted in D1. Visible text inside a screenshot can still be sensitive, so review it before submitting.
• Server-side sessions can be revoked, and lock-screen notification text can hide task names. No system can promise zero risk; contact us immediately if you discover a security issue.

How we use and retain data

We use data only to provide synchronization, reminders, optional Google integrations, AI assistance, security, and service operation. We do not sell personal data or use task content for advertising. Account data is retained until you delete the account. Security and backup records may take longer to disappear according to normal provider rotation schedules.

Additional information about Google data

Google Tasks and Google Calendar data are used only for the synchronization feature that you actively enable in the interface. They are not sold, used for advertising, or made available to other users. If you separately enable AI assistance and actively use Focus planning or “I’m stuck,” selected task text may be sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for that request; Cloudflare does not use that content to train models, and you can disable AI in Settings first. Wang Le Hou’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

Wang Le Hou uses Cloudflare Workers, D1, Workers AI, and Web Push for hosting, storage, AI, and notifications. Google Identity, Google Tasks, and Google Calendar provide sign-in and the integrations you choose. Each provider processes data under its own policies.

Your choices

• You can disable AI, hide notification content, disconnect Google, disable notifications, or export your data in Settings.
• You can permanently delete your account and stored Wang Le Hou data in the app or on the public deletion page.
• Deleting a Wang Le Hou account does not delete your Google account or data already stored in Google services.
