One step at a time
Wang Le Hou Help
Deal with the next step. You do not need to read everything now.
Can I paste a messy thought?
Yes. Each non-empty line becomes one item, and a single line is not split into multiple tasks. While signed out, basic rules infer dates, times, and keywords. While signed in with AI enabled, Workers AI can organize titles, notes, status, and categories, with basic rules as the fallback. You see a preview before saving and can remove anything you do not need.
I already know the category
Choose a category below the capture box before organizing. Select “Automatic” only when you want rules or AI to decide. Package, pickup, and shopping marketplace terms default to Shopping, and you can still edit the category and notes afterward.
Do I have to sign in with Google?
No. Guest mode works without an account and keeps data on this device. Google sign-in enables cross-device sync, AI quotas, and notifications; Google Tasks and Calendar are a separate optional connection. If local items exist at first sign-in, you choose whether to keep them local or merge them—nothing is silently cleared. Sign in with Apple is planned for the iOS phase; Facebook sign-in is not currently planned.
How do I report a problem or request a feature?
Open Settings → Feedback and requests. Choose a bug report, feature request, or usage question and optionally attach contact details and a screenshot. “My reports” shows whether it was received, under review, in progress, or completed, and lets you reply.
I do not know what to do first
Start with “Do one thing” on the home screen. When you have a block of time, choose “Plan a focus session,” enter your available time and current energy, and the app will arrange a few small blocks from tasks you already have.
I started, but I am still stuck
Choose “I’m stuck,” then select whether the first step is unclear, the task feels too large, you are waiting on someone, or your energy is low. The app narrows the current block instead of pretending the entire task is complete.
Why can I not see a Google Tasks time?
Google can notify you at the time you gave Gemini, but the Google Tasks API only provides the date to other apps. Wang Le Hou therefore follows completion without guessing another notification time. A task timed directly inside Wang Le Hou can keep its exact time in the app’s dedicated Google Calendar.
My phone did not receive a notification
- Confirm that you signed in with your Google account.
- Choose “Allow notifications” in Settings and accept the device permission.
- Choose “Send test.” On Android, install from Chrome for the best web app behavior. On iPhone, add the web app to the Home Screen before enabling web push.
